Returns & Refunds Policy

Zaffori does not offer exchanges and/or cancellation services. We do offer returns for refunds or store credit provided your items are eligible.
To know if your product is eligible for returns or store credit, please go to your product page on www.zaffori.com and carefully read the Shipping & Returns section for your product.
Items purchased on zaffori.com are eligible for return or store credit provided that the item is returned within 14 days of the item’s original delivery date. The items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn and undamaged for the item to be eligible for return. The item must also be returned with all of its original tags attached. The item must be packaged in the box and/or garment bag that it came with.
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
Any product that is not purchased from the Afterglow Collection is ineligible for returns and refunds. Products purchased outside the Afterglow Collection are eligible for store credit (see more below).
To initiate a return for a refund for a product from the Afterglow Collection, please e-mail sales@zaffori.com with your order # as the subject of the e-mail. Once the returns process has been initiated, we will then provide you with a UPS return label, and you can proceed with dropping off the parcel at a UPS near you. Please affix the UPS label to the parcel clearly and visibly. 
Furthermore, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the amount of the UPS label provided for your return.
Following a thorough inspection and acceptance of the item that you returned, you will receive an confirmation e-mail from sales@zaffori.com that your return and refund request has been approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return and refund request is denied due to the items not meeting the criteria for eligible returns, then the following option is provided:
1. If the purchaser would like to keep the item, Zaffori will complimentary ship the item back to the purchaser.
STORE CREDIT
To initiate a store credit return for any product, please e-mail sales@zaffori.com with your order # as the subject of the e-mail. Once the store credit return process has been initiated, we will then provide you with a UPS return label, and you can proceed with dropping off the parcel at a UPS near you. Please affix the UPS label to the parcel clearly and visibly. 
Furthermore, a fee will be deducted from your store credit based on the amount of the UPS label provided for your return.
The store credit expires within one year after the original purchase date.
Following a thorough inspection and acceptance of the item that you returned, you will receive an confirmation e-mail from sales@zaffori.com that your store credit for the original purchase amount has been approved. If your store credit is denied due to the items not meeting the criteria for eligible returns, then the following option is provided:
1. If the purchaser would like to keep the item, Zaffori will complimentary ship the item back to the purchaser.
FINAL SALE
If your items are marked as Final Sale, the items are therefore ineligible for returns and refunds, and are non-refundable.
