This Zaffori™ Ventures, LLC Return & Refund Policy (“Return Policy”) is effective immediately for all persons who purchase products on our website (www.zaffori.com). Our website and related software and applications and functionalities are referred to herein as our “platform”. Use of our platform is subject to this Return Policy, the Zaffori Ventures, LLC Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and the Zaffori Ventures, LLC Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).
The terms “Zaffori”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Zaffori Ventures, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The terms “you” and “your” refer to you, a customer who purchases any item or items marketed and/or sold through our platform, a visitor to our website, or other user of our Services.
This Return Policy sets out our rules and restrictions relating to returns and refunds. Please read this Return Policy before placing an order. The listing of certain products in our eCatalog or elsewhere on our website may specify other restrictions on returns and refunds on those products. We may amend our Return Policy from time to time and it will be posted on our website. Please refer to the product listing and our Return Policy at time of purchase and from time to time to see the most updated product listing and Return Policy.
Basic Return Policy: Subject to this Return Policy, for an order shipped within the United States or to Canada (“Order”), we will honor returns of one or more purchased unit(s) in that Order if the purchased unit(s) to be returned was purchased on our platform and said returned purchased unit(s) is/are received by us at our fulfillment center or other location we designate within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date the Order was delivered by our delivery vendor to the customer shipping address designated in the Order (“Return Period”).
Return Shipping: To qualify for free return shipping, the Order in which the purchased unit(s) to be returned was purchased must have been for a minimum purchase price of more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00 USD) not including taxes, shipping and delivery charges, payment processing charges, customs fees, import duties, and other charges; otherwise, you are responsible for packaging and shipping the items back to us and for paying the costs for shipment.
If we require a Return Form to be completed and submitted with your return, you must complete and send the Return Form to us with the return package. Where we provide return labels, you must use the return label for the return shipment. Purchased unit(s) returned must be in their original, shelf-ready condition and must have their original product number, tags and labels in their original places and the return package must include the original invoice, packing slip and other documentation. Package the purchased unit(s) safely to avoid damage in shipment. We are not responsible for lost, misrouted, damaged or delayed returns or items returned to us in error. If we provide return shipping labels, you must use those labels and the designated delivery service provider for the return shipment; otherwise, you must use a shipping service that will issue a tracking number, permit tracking and show proof of delivery of your package containing the purchased unit(s) you intend to return and you must provide this tracking number to us.
We have no obligation to honor any other returns. Our Return Policy, eCatalog, product listing or website may specify a shorter Return Period for certain product or products. We have no obligation to accept any returned purchased unit(s) that we do not receive at our fulfillment center or other location we designate within the Return Period. We reserve the right to refuse our services (include to accept any return or process any refund) to any customer who violates our Return Policy, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or other policies.
If we received the returned purchased unit(s) with damage, dirt, debris, stains, pet hair, any other hair, fragrance, smoke or any odor, the purchased unit(s) will be returned to you at your cost, no refund for such purchased unit(s) will be processed and the sale will be considered final and non-refundable.
Return Processing: Please allow us fourteen (14) business days from the date we receive your return package to inspect the purchased unit(s) returned and to process your return and request for refund. We will notify you via email once we have processed your return and request. We will not accept personal deliveries at our fulfillment center except deliveries from the Post Office or other nationally recognized courier services.
Items Not Returnable: The following items are not returnable and we have no obligation to accept returns or grant refunds or store credit for these items. This list is not comprehensive and we may add non-returnable items in our eCatalog, product listing, Terms of Use, or elsewhere on our website.
- Items returned more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery of the Order by our delivery vendor to the customer shipping address designated in the Order
- Custom, customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Limited edition or one-of-a-kind items
- Items altered for the customer
- Items purchased at final sales, close-out sale, or “As Is”
- Facemasks
- Tights
- Bikini, underwear and other intimate items
- Swim wear
- Beanies
- Headbands
- Bodysuits
- Leotards
- Perishable items
- Any single purchased unit costing less than $50.00
- Purchased unit(s) contained in any Order with a total Order price of more than $500.00 Orders of bridesmaid dresses of three (3) or more in one style will be considered final sale Items marked or listed as non-returnable
- Damaged items
- Distressed or worn out items
- Soiled items
- Items returned after use
- Washed, dry cleaned, or laundered items
- Items with fragrance, smoke or any other odor
- Items with dirt, debris, stains, pet hair, any other hair
- Items with any fluid, including human or other animal fluid
Refunds: Refunds are conditioned upon your original payment being received in our account for us to process the refund. Refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the Order. We will honor request for refunds for purchased unit(s) returned to us in compliance with this Return Policy. If your return and refund request is in compliance with this Return Policy, please allow us at least thirty (30) days from the date we process said request to refund payment for the returned purchased unit(s) to your method of payment used for the Order. However, if the method of payment used for the Order is no longer active or you no longer have access to that method of payment, we may be unable to process your refund and we will not be responsible for any refunds paid to such method of payment and we will not be obligated to return the purchased unit(s) to you. Refunds may take several days after approval to actually show up on the method of payment used for the Order and that time may vary depending on your financial institution’s processes and practices.
You must provide a receipt showing proof of purchase and payment.
Customer is responsible for custom fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. These fees and costs are not refundable from us.
Gift cards and any store credits offered by Zaffori, credits offered by the seller or other store credits are non-refundable. We have no obligation to grant refunds for items or purchased
unit(s) that are not returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect purchased unit, please contact us via email at [email protected] immediately but no later than five (5) days after receipt of the purchased unit and include your Order number, a copy of your receipt, shipping slip, and a photo of the damaged, defective or incorrect purchased unit and a detailed statement of the damage, defect or why the item is incorrect from the one you intended to purchase. We aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
Title to Returned Products: We do not take title to returned purchased unit(s) until we have received the purchased unit(s) at our fulfillment center from which it was shipped or other locations we specify for the return of the item. In some instances, at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund without requiring a return of the purchased unit(s) and, in said situation, we will not take title to said purchased unit(s).
Risk of Loss: You assume all risk of loss, damage, and liability from any product purchased from us while you have title, possession, custody or control of the product or from your use or permitted use of the product.
Chronic Returners: We reserve the right to refuse returns and requests for refunds from chronic returners (“Chronic Returners”), who, in our sole discretion, return or seek refunds more often or in greater volume than our average customer. Chronic Returners include customers who purchase several sizes, color options or patterns of the same item and return all or all but one item, customers who shop for resale, customers who return items after use, customers who purchase items outside their size and preference profile or purchase history, customers with other atypical return patterns, request for refund pattern or complaint patterns.
Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to place limits or bans on returns and refunds and to charge restocking fees for returns and to close accounts of Chronic Returners.
Loyalty: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reward loyalty and conscientious customers who do not abuse our Return Policy and the right to offer selective discounts, credits and pricing to those customers.
