If you have any questions regarding your product, please contact [email protected] and one of our company representatives will be in touch with you shortly. Please state your Order # in the subject matter of the email.
Does Zaffori have a brick-and-mortar location?
Zaffori operates solely through the e-commerce platform.
How can I - an independent designer join the Zaffori platform?
Please go on zaffori.com/register and fill-out the required application. Once your application is approved and your account is set-up you will be shown a step by step process on becoming a designer on Zaffori.com.
What steps to take if I received a damaged or the wrong product?
Please send images of the damaged or the wrong product to [email protected] and one of our company representatives will reach out to you soon. They will assist you in the Returns process. Please state your Order # in the subject matter of the email.

Is delivery free?
Yes, Zaffori offers free delivery.
What steps to take if I have not received my product within the given timetable

Is shipping available outside of the U.S. and Canada?
Zaffori offers free international shipment to majority of the countries worldwide.
Orders, Returns and Exchanges
DOES ZAFFORI OFFER EXCHANGES?
Zaffori offer exchanges as long as the product is not damaged/stained/infused with scent when received back to Zaffori. To begin the exchange process, [email protected] must be notified within 5 days of the product being received by the customer. Also, when e-mailing [email protected] please specify the product that you would like to receive in exchange. Furthermore, the exchange for another product is eligible only once for a singular purchase order. The shipping cost from the customer back to Zaffori will beared by the customer. The product will be exchanged for another product with similar pricing or a different product as long as the customer agrees to pay the difference. Finally, mention the reason to why you would like to exchange the product. Please state your order # in the subject of your e-mail.
How many days is my product eligible for returns?
Zaffori does not offer cancellation or returns services. All purchases are ineligible for cancellations and/or returns.
How can I track the status of my order?
You can track your order by logging into your Zaffori account. Through your Zaffori account, you can see real-time updates via UPS tracking system.
Is My Product Eligible for Returns and/or Cancellations?
Zaffori does not offer returns and cancellations services. An exception is permitted in the case of a customer receiving a damaged product.
Payments
Can I pay by Gift Card?
At this time, Zaffori does not offer Gift Card/Gift Vouchers.
Has my payment gone through?
You will receive a confirmation email from Zaffori confirming your purchase as well as tracking details.
Does Zaffori accept Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency as a method of valid payment?
At this moment, Zaffori only accepts payments through traditional forms. Specifically Debit Card/Credit Card etc.
Does Zaffori offer AfterPay?
Currently Zaffori does not offer AfterPay, however Zaffori does plan on introducing AfterPay in the near future.
Approximately how many days will it take for me to see money back in my account after the returns has been processed? * Only for damaged products
Once the return has been completely processed, the money should be transferred back into your account within 5-7 business days. Zaffori handles all returns immediately, however, you can reach out to your credit card company to inquire about the status of your refund.
